Brief conditions for returning goods.
The customer can return the goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. In order to make a return, you must send a withdrawal statement to the e-shop and return the goods within 14 days at the latest after submitting the application and receiving a positive return decision. The returned goods must be complete and in the original packaging. Hygiene products and products unsuitable for return due to health protection cannot be returned. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are incorrect, defective or do not match the order. The money will be returned to the same payment method no later than 14 days after the return of the goods.
